This is my first posting of my blog.
What I'm working on: I'm knitting several pairs of socks with self-striping yarn and a beautiful shawl that I'm very bored with. Several quilts in progress, too. Pictures will be up shortly.
Vacation plans: Not going anywhere anytime soon. Up to the lake in Minnesota in August~~that's it.
What I'm reading: Abraham Lincoln Biography by Carl Sandburg. Quite a volume, but well worth the read.
