After Christmas

Hope everyone had a great Christmas yesterday.  We did...great gifts, food, and family.  Although my daughter is pretty sick, she did OK.

Poor little alpaca...doesn't she look funny? Kinda like a Q-tip with a face! It makes me smile! :)

Making cookies

I'm mixing the dough for my g'ma's fruit cookies. OMG...these are SO good.  The funnest part is cutting up the dates.  She always used a knife...I use kitchen scissors.  Even then it's a mess.  But it's worth it.  Will bake them up tomorrow.

Baby Honu~~just binding

Finished quilting daughter's Baby Honu quilt. It is so cute. It has flippers and everything! Now for the binding and the eyes on the turtles, and then wrap it up for under the tree.

Will mix some cookie dough tonight and will make the cookies tomorrow. Friday I pick up my Christmas rib roast at the butcher shop and then go to the airport to wait for my daughter to land.

IT'S CHRISTMAS! Fa la la...
